Ensure you are not satisfied with the item if you want to make a refund. If you are not satisfied with the item you will receive a refund:

How to get your refund-
If you return an item within the allowable return period the refund will be applied to the original method of payment. If you made the purchase using:
Credit card: The refund must be issued to the same credit card you used to make the purchase. Once the return has been processed, the refund will appear as a credit back on your credit card within several days.
Debit card:
- If you purchased from a debit card, the refund will be put back on the debit card.
- If the purchase was processed as a credit transaction- the refund is required to be issued to the same debit card.
- Once the return has been processed, the refund will appear as a credit back on your debit card within up to 3-5 business days.
